La façon la plus "sobre" (si je puis dire)...
1) Verser une dose d'absinthe dans un verre
2) Placer une cuillère trouée sur le verre et y déposer un cube de sucre
3) Faire goutter 6 à 8 doses d'eau glacée à travers le sucre, dans l'absinthe
4) Remuer le mélange qui va devenir trouble et boire.
Et voici la façon la plus "bohémienne" (qui est nettement meilleur)
1) Verser une dose d'absinthe et y tremper le cube de sucre pour qu'il soit imbibé
2) Enflammer le sucre et laisser brûler jusqu'à ce qu'il fasse des bulles et qu'il caramélise
3) Verser le sucre dans l'absinthe et remuer. Si le verre prend feu, étouffer rapidement les flammes)
4) Ajouter 1 à 2 doses d'eau à l'absinthe et boire.

-avec d'eau froide,j'ai trouvé ca bof
-mais avec le sucre flambé (et PAS l'abinthe),je n'ai pas mis d'eau
Test,ca vaut le detour (avec de l'eau ca ressemble trop à certain spiritueux anisés.
